IPM became The Arbor's Property Management Company in December 2025, out of Arden, NC. They have proudly served communities across NC, TN, and SC for over 38 years and currently support over 145 communities. Members of The Arbor will need to register with IPM via the TownSq Community portal (in early December 2025 you should have received a letter and a "Welcome to Town Sq Community" email with information on how to register).
