IPM became The Arbor's Property Management Company in December 2025, out of Arden, NC. They have proudly served communities across NC, TN, and SC for over 38 years and currently support over 145 communities. For the 2026 Annual Assessment bills, mailings went out on December 29th, 2025. Starting January 1, 2026, online payment will be available directly through your TownSq portal account. Simply login to TownSq (not the IPM website). If you prefer to pay by check, below is the address to mail your payment to (please include Account number ALJ345-XXX, located on your bill):
