The Arbor's 643 acre footprint includes 388 assessed Lots (representing 174 Waterfront Lots and 214 Interior Lots). As of November 2025, we have 123 homes built (87 Waterfront and 36 Interior) and have 12 Lots under construction. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will work with you to begin new construction or to improve existing homes and/or properties.
The Arbor is currently transitioning to a new property management company and the ARC application review process is being revised and updated.
