The Arbor Architectural Review Committee (ARC) News

We are a community of property owners dedicated to maintaining the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood. Our Board of Directors and committees work tirelessly to ensure that our neighborhood remains a wonderful place to call home. 

The Arbor's 643 acre footprint includes 388 assessed Lots (representing 213 Waterfront Lots and 175 Interior Lots). As of January 2025, we have 115 homes built (82 Waterfront and 33 Interior) and have 15 Lots under construction. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will work with you in beginning new construction or improvements to existing home and/or properties.
