The Arbor's 643 acre footprint includes 388 assessed Lots (representing 174 Waterfront Lots and 214 Interior Lots). As of March 2026, we have 129 homes built (90 Waterfront and 39 Interior) and have 10 Lots under construction. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will work with you to begin new construction or to improve existing homes and/or properties.
The ARC application review process has been revised and updated. The ARC Guidelines are currently under revision and will be posted when completed (in the meantime, please use the Roadmap as a higher level understanding (located below)).
