Brewery, bar and restaurant nestled along Mill Creek in the heart of Old Fort. Hillman offer over 32 draft beers and ciders in a facility over 10, 000 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining and drinking. Great sandwiches and beer selection. All food and beverage orders taken at bar. They also have locations in Asheville and Morganton (old Catawba Brewery).

Crowded on Fri & Sat nights recommend getting there early or late to avoid waiting for a table. Full bar, great pastries, excellent variety of sandwiches, homemade dinner rolls, and delicious entrees. Prime Rib on Thurs & Fri nights is very good.

They provide carryout service, especially for their pizzas. Patrons can bring in their own wine and there is no corkage fee. They do not sell liquor, beer or wine, but they do provide wine glasses.
